A duplicated campaign will contain the same message, and you can choose whether or not to copy the same client list. This saves you from having to re-create a campaign that will stay largely unchanged. You can duplicate an email campaign, allowing you to reuse it. If you have Private Messaging enabled in your Portal Settings, you will also have the option of copying the Email Campaign to the Private message thread rather than the client's Conversation Feed. Use the text field that appears to edit the name and then click the "Save" icon to save the changes. You can edit the email campaign's name/subject at any time by clicking the pencil icon next to the name. This will allow you to build the list from scratch again using the pre-defined filters.
